Job Description
Troubleshooting operational issues in Customer computer systems
Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).
Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
An understanding of ISP/Networking concepts
Basic computer and desktop knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Troubleshooting skills
Flexible to work : 24*7*5 days working.
Work Location : Chennai
Salary :12,000 – 15,000/-
Selection Procedure
The first round of screening is purely based on excellent communication skills in English. The candidates must be eligible to speak without any Pauses, Breaks, Grammatical Errors & MTI.
The 2nd round will be a test on basic computer knowledge.
The shortlisted candidates from this rounds can walk in for the final round at Kochi once they are done with their exams/projects/viva voce .
Finally those selected candidates can immediately join HCL.
