Excellent communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Job Description:
Provides email customer support to contributors.
Acts as a unit that generates various reports for management to help analyze different aspects of the business.
Works on the database to make necessary changes to contributors’ and agencies’ images.
Conducts policing on images and the quality of information associated with them.
Must be willing to work in shifts (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM).
Pick and drop facility will be provided.
