ITFS: energizing you to conquer the career space

Margaret Fishback. In his famous quotes on footprints writes that “A man had a dream that he was walking on the seashore with Lord. Each scene he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand one belongs to him and the other to the lord. Later in his lowest and saddest times he could find only one set of footprints, bothered much he asked Lord why so? Lord replied “Dear Son during your times of trial and suffering when you saw only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you. You are so dear to me”

The vision of this dream is envisaged in designing the concept of ITFS. The percept that ITFS hold, cannot be degenerated as a training programme, it is a relationship bounded by commitment, responsibility, accountability and trust. Employment scenario in the IT industry depicts enormous opportunities and possibilities in the contemporary job souk. The root of the opportunity loss in the career space is the inability of the aspirant to create a professional ambience which the employers seek. It is at this edge the IPSR’s technical excellence, expertise in diagnosis and remedial treatment and the IPSR’s monopoly in the placement services help the job seekers to go beyond their enslaving parameters. The energizing session on various topics and area of inadequacies help to steer each candidate to the longing destination in the career space. As foreseen in the vision, IPSR moves along with the aspirants in every step they take, carries them in every moments of their trials and pain as a friend, philosopher and guide.

As identified, the bedrock of Job opportunities lie in the four pillars, namely technical and mathematical aptitude, competence in communication, soft skills and interview skills.

It was this reality that provided our ITFS students with a greater enthusiasm towards the communicative English class led by senior Executive Mr.Subin at IPSR,Trivandrum. This marked the beginning of a chain of sessions that would be held at different branches of IPSR. 'No ice breaking, no blackboard. All I need is the students to open up'-It was this attitude that helped Mr.Subin to lead a fruitful session which he topped up by his own experiences.

The students were truly positive in their feedbacks. They got rid of their stage fears and learned to face the Audience with confidence. Adding to the sweetness, Salmon K Jose, our RHCE-ITFS student happily received the job offer letter from Telecom Service Network, Delhi on the same day.

Without doubt ITFS would indeed bring revolutionary dynamism in the career matrix with immense energy and possibility among job seekers to conquer the career space.
