Success Story -Mr.Abdul khadar

Mr. Abdul khadar T M who is the 3rd CCIE from IPSR has a story of his sacrifices and hard work to tell us on his success.
Mr. Abdul khadar is a native of Ettumanoor near Kottayam, Kerala. He completed his diploma in Computer Hardware Maintenance from IHRD in 2003. After diploma he started his career as a service engineer in a franchisee of Wipro at Kottayam where he worked for nine months and then was transferred to Calicut. In 2005 he switched to Berger Paints as a system administrator, it was the same year he completed MCSE.
His learning attitude took him to IPSR from where he became an RHCE which is the gold standard certification from Red Hat molding strong Linux Administrators to implement and manage Linux networks in corporate. It opened many new doors before him; job offers from Vanilla Networks and Poornam info Vision were few of them. But he continued his job in Berger Paints because he wanted to learn more than he earns.
There was a person who inspired him to become a CCIE; it was Dr. Mendus Jacob, the director & CEO of IPSR group. He met him in a seminar taken by Dr. Mendus Jacob at Kannur and Khader attended the seminar up to noon and got a chance to chat with him for 15 minutes, this 15 minutes changed his life which was a reason behind taking a decision to clear CCIE exam which is accepted worldwide as the most prestigious networking certification in the industry is considered as the Doctorate in networking.

It is not easy to pass the exam the hard work behind it is not possible for everyone; Khadar says that if you have a burning desire and ready to work hard until you achieve it, anyone could become a CCIE. He used to learn from 6 am to 12 pm on most days, a person without this much of passion could never learn 18 hours continuously like this and Khadar is very happy now by gaining enough for the pain he took. He is resigning his job this month and is going to fly to his sky which has no limits since he has wings of CCIE.
WE should congratulate this person who has become a CCIE from an education background of only diploma since when many M.Tech or MCA fails in the same. The lesson he teaches us is that there is nothing unachievable for hard workers like Khadar. IPSR wishes him all the very best in his future.
