Good written and oral communication skills.
Good working knowledge of the Internet, e-mail and web hosting in general.
Working knowledge of basic Linux server systems administration.
Good understanding of the web hosting environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
Basic understanding with using cPanel web hosting accounts.
Experience with using WHM,cpanel,parallels Plesk panel and web hosting accounts.
Understanding of SSL, DNS, Networking, SMTP, POP3, FTP, SSH fundamentals.
Scripting language knowledge e.g. PHP and Perl.
Good technical knowledge of commonly hosted end-user applications such as: Magento, Joomla,
Basic understanding of Wordpress, Moodle, and other common PHP/MySQL based software our clients are using.
