IPSR conducted a placement oriented training program exclusively for Cisco and Microsoft certified candidates on 17th May 2010. Candidates from various parts of Kerala attended theplacement orientation program at IPSR Kottayam Center. The program started with a session on Technical Training at 10.30am.
Mr. Anish, Senior Technical Consultant of IPSR Solutions headed the technical session programs and gave students an all around idea about how to deal with the real time issues in managing networks. The session deeply covered the nooks and corners of networking and server administration. The afternoon session was on soft-Skill training, conducted by Mr. Krishnaraj, PRO of IPSR Solutions. The session covered areas including resume preparation, interview tips, developing positive attitude and et al. The program was specially focused on the problems that both the freshers and professionals often face in the interviews.
All the candidates were very much impressive and enthusiastic in all the secessions. They expressed their sincere thanks to IPSR and were greatly satisfied with the program. Akil K P, CISNeTS Technologies, Kannur said “the program was very effective. Both Technical and Soft-Skill training sessions were really useful and helped me to learn a lot about success tips. Mr. Aneesh & Mr. Krishna Raj gave additional and breaking inputs to our thoughts. If the program were conducted in Kochi, it would have been a big help for many professionals like me.”
After the two sessions, a screening test was conducted for reputed a company based in Technopark, Trivandrum. 11 candidates were sort listed for the second round interview. IPSR wishes the Best!!
IPSR is planning to conduct more Placement Programs on the coming days.
